Application 1 |
There should be no loose particles on the surfaces to be applied. All kinds of oil, grease, rust, dust and paraffin residues should be removed from the surface. |
Application 2 |
It is diluted with 30 - 40% water according to the desired fluidity, mixed with a low-speed mixer for approximately 4 - 5 minutes, and after obtaining a homogeneous and lump-free mixture, it is applied as a single layer on the prepared surface with an exterior roller. During application, the product should be mixed at certain intervals. |
Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat, moisture and frost. |
Important Notices |
Primer must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with water, after the application.
After the application, the primered surface must be protected during 24 hours, from chemical and physical factors.
Primer doesn’t empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
