Application 1 |
All application surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dirt and oil. The surface should be sandpapered if it is necessary. All knots are burned and cleaned with Merbolin Cellulosic Thinner |
Application 2 |
It is ready to use and not need thinner. After well mixing, Lux Merbotex Semi Gloss Wood Varnish should be applied with brush, roller or spray gun as two coat, allowing 6 - 8 hours between the coats. |
Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
Important Notices |
Lux Merbotex Semi Gloss Wood Varnish must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Synthetic Thinner, after the application,.
After the application, the surface must be protected during 3 days, from chemical and physical factors.
Lux Merbotex Semi Gloss Wood Varnish doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
