Thin Down Ratio : It can be thinned by 10-15% by weight with Merbolin Shop Primer Paint Thinner. (Depending on the surface condition and the type of application)

Application 1 The surface should be cleaned by sand blasting Sa 2 or Sa 2½. All application surface must be sound, clean and dry.
Application 2 Merbolin Epoxy Shop Primer and hardener component should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 5-10 minutes waited after components mixing, Merbolin Epoxy Shop Primer is applied on surface with paint gun as one or two coats, allowing 20 to 30 minutes between the coats.
Storage Conditions It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture.
Important Notices

Two components must be mixed well.
The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Shop Primer Thinner, after the application.
Primer doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
