| Application 1 |
The surfaces to be applied must be clean, dry, free from rust and dust. Old swollen paint residues on the surface should be cleaned, local puttying and sanding should be done to eliminate the level differences on the surface. |
| Application 2 |
Merbolin Anti-Is is diluted 5 - 10% with Merbolin Rapid / Hammerton Thinner; It is applied in two coats with a brush or roller. For stubborn and difficult stains, a third layer should be applied if necessary and waiting for 2 - 3 hours to dry between layers. |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for one year. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
| Important Notices |
Anti-Soot must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Rapid/Hammerton Thinner, after the application.
After the application, the primed surface must be protected during
12 hours, from chemical and physical factors.
Primer doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
