Application 1 |
All application surface must be sound, clean and dry, Old and blistered paint coats should be cleaned and surface is sandpapered. |
Application 2 |
Merbolin Antirust is thinned with 10 - 15% Merbolin Synthetic Thinner. Merbolin Antirust should be applied with brush, roller or paint gun as one or two coats, allowing 2 - 3 hours between the coats. |
Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
Important Notices |
The antirust must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Synthetic Thinner, after the application,.
After the application, the coated surface must be protected during
12 hours, from chemical and physical factors.
The antirust doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
