Sand blasting Sa 2 or Sa 2½. All application surface must be clean, dry and free from oil. |

Epoxy Shop Primer and hardener components should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 5 - 10 minutes waited after components mixing, Merbolin Epoxy Shop Primer is applied on surface with brush, roller, air atomized or airless spray gun as one or two coats, allowing 20 - 30 minutes between the coats. |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for one year. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
| Important Notices |
Two components must be mixed well.
The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Epoxy Thinner, after the application,.
Paint doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
