It can be used as a primer or topcoat. It adheres well to surface. Due to having high solid and low solvent, any problem aren't consisted on old paint surface. One coat application be able to obtain thick film.Because of it formed strongly film, it gives good resists to abrasive or impact strength. |

Sand blasting Sa 2½ or Sa 3. All application surface must be clean, dry and free from oil. |

Epoxy Surface Toleration Paint and hardener components should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 5 - 10 minutes waited after components mixing, Merbolin Epoxy Surface Toleration Paint is applied on surface with brush, roller or airless paint gun as one or two coats, allowing 10 to 12 hours between the coats. |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for one year. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
| Important Notices |
Two components must be mixed well.
The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Epoxy Thinner, after the application.
Paint doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
