Drying Time (20 °C- Relative Humidity 85%) : First drying: 1 - 2 hours, Drying : 5 - 6 hours, Second coat application : 24 hours,                    Full hardening : 7 days
Thin Down Ratio : Depending on application method; it should be thinned with Merbolin Epoxy Thinner 5 - 10% by weight.

Application 1 All application surface must be clean, dry and free from oil. It is applied on primered surface.
Application 2 Epoxy Paint and hardener components should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 5 - 10 minutes waited after components mixing, Merbolin Epoxy Topcoat Paint is applied on surface with brush, roller, air atomized or airless spray gun as one or two coats.
Storage Conditions It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for one year. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture.
Important Notices

Two components must be mixed well.
The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Epoxy Thinner, after the application,.
Paint doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.

P305+P351+P338 IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT: Carefully rinse with water for several minutes. Remove them if you are wearing contact lenses and they are easy to remove. Continue rinsing.
P310 Call the NATIONAL POISON CENTER IMMEDIATELY ON 114 or doctor/physician. 
P405 Keep under lock and key.
P501 Dispose of the content/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international legislations.
