| Application 1 |
All application surface must be sound, clean and dry, a) Old Wooden Surfaces: Old and blistered paint must be clean and surface is sandpapered. After that, the surface is coated with Merbolin Merbotex or Merbolin Synthetic Primer. b) New Wooden Surfaces: All knots are burned, the surface is coated with Merbolin Merbotex or Merbolin Synthetic Primer c) Old Metal Surfaces: Old and blistered paint must be clean and surface is sandpapered. The surface is coated with Merbolin Antirust. d) New Metal Surfaces: Surface must be clean free from dirt, oil. The surface is coated with Merbolin Antirust. |
| Application 2 |
Merbolin Lux Synthetic Paint is thinned with 10 - 15% Merbolin Synthetic Thinner. Merbolin Lux Synthetic Paint should be applied with brush, roller or paint gun as two coat, allowing 10 - 12 hours between the coats. |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
| Important Notices |
Paint must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5-35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Synthetic Thinner, after the application.
After the application, the painted surface must be protected during
3 days, from chemical and physical factors.
Paint doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
