Application surfaces must be sound, dry and clean. |

When necessary, thinning with Merbolin Metallized Base Varnish Thinner; It is applied with a paint gun in one coat. After 15 - 30 minutes at room temperature; It is baked for 1 hour at 60 - 70 °C. After cooling; It is covered with metallized. When desired, Merbolin Metallized Top Varnish is applied to protect the metallized film. |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for one year. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
| Important Notices |
The varnish must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Metallized Base Varnish Thinner, after the application.
The varnish doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
