Merbolin Phosphoric Paint

Uses of... It is used for painting all kinds of safety and warning signs in stairwells, corridors, floors of buildings. In the event of a power cut or entering a dark environment for any reason, people can see their way and continue their work safely.
Specifications It returns the light it receives within 1 to 24 hours, depending on the structure of the product. It gives back the light it collects when the electricity goes out or when it gets dark after the sun goes down. This filling and discharging (charge-discharge) event lasts for about 10 years.

Thin Down Ratio : It can be thinned with 10 - 15% Merbolin Synthetic Thinner, depending on the application.

Application 1 The surface to be applied must be dry and clean. The surface should be painted with a light color or white primer. It can be applied with a brush or paint gun. In brush application, 15% synthetic thinner is added and mixed thoroughly, the phosphorus that settles to the bottom should be mixed homogeneously. Otherwise, the radiation will be weak. It is used after thinning by 20-25% with synthetic thinner and mixing well in application with a paint gun.
Application 2 Paintable Area: At least two coats should be applied. 130 – 150 gr. per m² on each floor. Merbolin Phosphorus Paint should be used. Drying Time: It dries in 6 - 8 hours at 20 ° C, the second layer should be applied after at least 10 hours.
Storage Conditions It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture.
Important Notices

Paint must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Synthetic  Thinner, after the application.
After the application, the painted surface must be protected during
3 days, from chemical and physical factors.
Paint doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
