Application 1 |
The surface should be cleaned by sand blasting Sa 2 or Sa 2½. All application surface must be sound, clean and dry. |
Application 2 |
Merbolin Epoxy Shop Primer and hardener component should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 5-10 minutes waited after components mixing, Merbolin Epoxy Shop Primer is applied on surface with paint gun as one or two coats, allowing 20 to 30 minutes between the coats. |
Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
Important Notices |
Two components must be mixed well.
The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Shop Primer Thinner, after the application.
Primer doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
