All application surface must be clean, dry and free from oil. Merepox Solventfree Epoxy Sealer must be applied on concrete floor. 24 hours later Merepox Solventfree Epoxy Floor Coating can be applied |
| Application 2 |
Epoxy Coating and hardener components should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 5 - 10 minutes waited after components mixing, The epoxy mixture can be mixed with dry sand 30 - 40% by weight for increasing of mecanical resistance. Sand has 0.2 - 0.3 mm particle size. Merbolin Solventfree Epoxy Floor Coating is applied on floor with trowel or spatula. The mixture of coating must be used in 1 hour. Merepox Solventfree Epoxy Floor Coating is applied 2 - 3 mm dry film thickness. The hedgehag roller is troted round on coating film for smooth film and put out the air bubble. |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for one year. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
| Important Notices |
Two components must be mixed well.
The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Epoxy Thinner, after the application,.
The coating material doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
