| Application 1 |
All application concrete surface must be sound, clean, dry and free from oil. If oil on the surface, which should be cleaned by chemical cleaning materials. If oil absorbed by the surface, which is cleaned by burninng and if oil inside the concrete which is breaked and repaired. |
| Application 2 |
Solventfree Epoxy Sealer and hardener components should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 0.250 kg of the mixture of solventfree epoxy sealer should be applied on 1m² surface. Merbolin Solventfree Epoxy Sealer is applied 200 µ dry film thickness on the clean surface with by brush or roller. Second coat application is recommended on porous surface. |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for two years. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
| Important Notices |
Two components must be mixed well.
The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Epoxy Thinner, after the application,.
Paint doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
