Metal surface should be sand blasted Sa 2 or Sa 2½. All application surface must be clean, dry and free from oil. |

Epoxy Paint and hardener components should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 5 - 6 minutes waited after components mixing, Merbolin Solvent free Epoxy Topcoat Paint is applied on prepared surface with brush, roller or airless spray gun as one or two coats, allowing 24 hours between the coats. The mixture of coating must be used in 1 hour. Nozzle Type: 0.027-0.029" ; Spray Angle: 60 - 80° ; Spray application pressure: Min.200kg/cm³(2800psi) (Nozzle pressure) |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for one year. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
| Important Notices |
Two components must be mixed well.
The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Epoxy Thinner, after the application,.
Paint doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
