| Application 1 |
All application surface must be sound,dry and clean. Wooden Surface; All knots are burned and saturated with Merbolin Merbotex. Metal Surfaces; Rusty and blistered paint is cleaned, surface free from dirt, and oil. Merbolin Antirust should be applied as one coat. Merbolin Synthetic Putty is applied and emerized for levelled surface. Plastered Surface; Old an blistered paint is cleaned and local puttying is applied on fault of surface and emerized. |
| Application 2 |
After surface preparation, Merbolin Synthetic Primer is thinned with 10 - 15% Merbolin Synthetic Thinner and applied with brush or roller as one or two coats. If it is necessary second coat application, the first coat should be emerized and waited 3 - 5 hours between the coats. |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
| Important Notices |
The primer must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Synthetic Thinner, after the application,.
After the application, the primered surface must be protected during
12 hours, from chemical and physical factors.
The primer doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
