Vinyl-Epoxy Road Paint and hardener components should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 5 - 10 minutes waited after components mixing, Depending on application method and ambient temperature Merbolin Vinyl-Epoxy Road Paint is thinned with Merbolin Vinyl-Epoxy Road Paint Thinner 5-10 % by weight and applied on surface with brush, roller or special line machine. The paint mixture have to use within maximum 6 hours. |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for one year. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture. |
| Important Notices |
Two components must be mixed well.
The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with Merepoks Epoxy Thinner, after the application,.
Paint doesn’t empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
