Definition	It is a vinyl resin based anti corrosive primer, which has two components.

Uses of...	It can be safely used on metal surface like galvanise or aluminium for protect against corrosion.
Specifications	This product obtains strongly adhesion between topcoat paint and galvanise or aluminium metal surface. It is two components primer paint which is decrease corrosion under the paint film.

Second coat application : 2 hours, Full hardening : 24 hours Thin Down Ratio : % 5 - 10 with Merbolin Wash Primer
Application 1	Sand blasting Sa 2 or Sa 2½. All application surface must be clean and dry.
Application 2	Merbolin Wash Primer and hardener components should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 5 - 10 minutes waited after components mixing, The primer mixture is thinned Merbolin Wash Primer Thinner 5 - 10% by weight and applied on surface with paint gun as one coat. The paint mixture have to use within maximum 8 hours.
Storage Conditions	It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for one year. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture.
Important Notices	Two components must be mixed well. The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage. The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Wash Primer Thinner, after the application,. Primer doesn’t empty into drains. Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed
