Application 1 |
The surfaces to be applied must be solid, dry and clean. Swolled and old painted surfaces should be scraped, cleaned and sanded. |
Application 2 |
Merbolin Water Based Wood Varnish is ready to use and is applied in at least two layers with a brush and roller. Wait 4 hours between coats. During the application, care should be taken to ensure that the ambient and surface temperature is between 5-35 °C. |
Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat, moisture and frost. |
Important Notices |
Varnish must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with water, after the application.
After the application, the varnish surface must be protected during
3 days, from chemical and physical factors.
Varnish doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
