Thin Down Ratio : Depending on application method; it should be thinned with Merbolin Epoxy Thinner 5 - 10% by weight.

Application 1 Sand blasting Sa 2 or Sa 2½. All application surface must be clean, dry and free from oil.
Application 2 Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer Paint and hardener components should be mixed well observe to mixing ratio. 5 - 10 minutes waited after components mixing, Merbolin Zinc Phosphate Epoxy Primer Paint is applied on surface with brush, air atomized or airless spray gun as one or two coats, allowing 16 hours between the coats.
Storage Conditions It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C temperatures for one year. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture.
Important Notices

Two components must be mixed well.
The mixture should be prepared enough as small parts. The mixing ratio should be considered for paint wastage.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Epoxy Thinner, after the application,.
Paint doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
