Thin Down Ratio : It should be thinned with Merbolin Heat Resistance Paint Thinner 5 - 10% by weight.

Application 1 The surface should be cleaned by sand blasting Sa 2½. All application surface must be clean, dry and free from rust and old paint layers.
Application 2 Merbolin Heat Resistance Aluminium Paint should be applied 20 µ dry film thickness all coats with brush or airless spray gun, allowing 12 hours between the coats. The paint film should be fully cured before taking the system into service. Temperature should be increased slowly.
Storage Conditions It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 ° C temperatures. It should be protected from extreme heat and moisture.
Important Notices

Paint must be mixed well before the use. The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application.
Application tools must be cleaned with Merbolin Heat Resistance Paint Thinner, after the application.
After the application, the painted surface must be protected during 24 hours, from chemical and physical factors.
The paint doesn’t empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed

P305+P351+P338 IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT: Carefully rinse with water for several minutes. Remove them if you are wearing contact lenses and they are easy to remove. Continue rinsing.
