| Specifications |
Due to having photocatalytic properties, the paint surface always appears clear and fresh. It is water based, matt, exterior paint which has high opacity, water permeability, anti-condensation properties, cleaned easily, odourless and environment friendly. It has flame retardent properties and good mechanical resistance. It provides energy saving under the every kind of weather conditions at all seasons. It saves up 30 to 35% energy by reducing heating and cooling expenses. |

| Application 1 |
All application surface must be sound, dry and clean Old painted, blistered and dirty surface must be cleaned by scratching and puttied Merbolin Exterior Putty to take sound and smooth surface. After putty application, the surface should be primered with Merbolin Silicone Modified Exterior Primer or Merboizolan Insulation Primer as one coat. |
| Application 2 |
2 - 3 hours after primer application, Merbotherm Exterior Heat Insulation Paint, which is applied with brush or roller, is thinned with 20 - 25 % ( by volume ) water. It should be applied as two coats, allowing 2 - 3 hours between the coats. |
| Storage Conditions |
It should be storaged in original and closed containers at 5 - 35 °C. It should be protected from extreme heat, moisture and frost. |
| Important Notices |
Paint must be mixed before the use.
The ambient temperature should be between 5 - 35 °C at the time of application
Application tools must be cleaned with water, after the application,.
After the application, the painted surface must be protected during
3 days, from chemical and physical factors.
Paint doesn't empty into drains.
Application procedures defined above should be strictly observed.
